1.Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide most of the product samples. But we will charge a little model fee, and we do not afford the freight. Sample preparation will take some time, and if you require to use express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. to send samples, you can inform us in advance.

2.How long does it take to finish my order?
That depends on the quantity and model of the order. Please inform us the quantity and model number of the products you are about to order, so that we will provide you a detailed schedule.

3.How do I know the completion of my order? (How do I control the production of my order?)
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will immediately arrange for the production, after the order is completed, we will inspect and test all products carefully to ensure no damage and lost. We will also send you the inspection images of your order before delivery for you to confirm.
Statement: Colors of products may vary slightly from actual color due to photography, scanning, etc.

4.Can you guarantee your products? 
Yes, we guarantee on all our products with customer satisfaction. Please feel free to contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with our product quality or service. If the product does not meet the contract requirements, we will send you a free replacement or give you compensation in the next order. For export orders, we ensure most accessories. In some special cases, we will give discount as a solution.

5.If I go to China to place order, what kind of service will you provide?
We are always with great pleasure at your service. We would help book hotel and make a schedule for you in advance. Our interpreter and driver will pick you up at the hotel, and then accompany you to visit the factories and market, and assist you with product sourcing.
